Process to Redeem ICICI Credit Card Reward Points Online:
- Visit the website payback.in
- Register there with your credit card details.
- There are multiple categories of rewards like mobiles, electronics, etc. Choose whichever suits you.
- Place the order of your desired product using the reward points there.
- You will receive the order within 2 weeks at your registered address.
You can also redeem the reward points by calling the customer care at 1860-258-5000 (charges apply). You have to provide them with the code of the item which you had selected. They will confirm your order and will provide you a unique order id. You have to note down the number. The orders which you are placing are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
