These connections are usually for marriages, pujas, pandals, house construction etc. For using the facilities, you have to contact the authorities and complete some very simple formalities. Documents Needed:
There are four types of documents which are needed-
a) Proof of ownership or occupancy: (Any One)
- Registered / Notarized GPA (General Power of Attorney)
- Possession Letter/Allotment letter
- Rent Receipt with proof of ownership, NOC and ID proof of Landlord
- Lease Agreement with proof of ownership of Landlord, NOC and ID proof of Landlord
- Registered Sale Deed
- Registered Will Deed/ Non Registered Will Deed with GPA
- Registered Conveyance Deed
- Registered Relinquishment Deed / Non Registered Relinquishment Deed with GPA
- Registered Gift Deed / Non Registered Gift Deed with GPA
- Registered Partnership Deed/Non registered partnership deed with GPA
- Mutation Letter
b) Identity Proof: (Any One)
- Photo Identity Card
- Passport
- Driving license
- PAN Card
- Aadhaar Card
- Photo Identity Card issued by any Government Authority
- Ration Card with applicant’s photo
- In case of Firm, Firm’s PAN card
c) Test Report & Architect’s Certificate:
- Test Report : Electrical Contractor certificate for internal wiring
- Extended portion : height more than 15 meters or building with 5 or more floors
d) Address Proof: (Any One)
- Photo Electoral Identity Card
- Passport
- Driving license
- Ration Card
- Photo Identity Card issued by any Government Authority
