Actually, there is no such online process to redeem the reward points. There are several rewards stores all over India where you can visit and redeem your reward points. The points can be redeemed only when the total number of points reached 5000.
If you want to know the number of your reward points, type an SMS from your registered mobile number, ‘SMS_ REWRDS_ Last 4 Digits of Credit Card Number’ and send this SMS to 52484 if your service provider is Idea, Vodafone, Aircel, or Airtel. Others can send this SMS to +91 9880 752 484. You don’t have to think about the expiry of the points as they do not expire.
