How to Upgrade minor PAN card?
Application: The person who is applying needs to fill a form, “Request for new PAN card and/or changes or correction in PAN data”. You can get the form on the Tax Information Network website of NSDL. There you need to click on the PAN application tab.

Documents: Several documents are needed like Aadhaar card, voter ID, passport, or statement of bank account to be attached with the form.
Fee: The fees for the full process is Rs 107 which can be paid through net banking, debit or credit card or a demand draft which must be drawn in the favor of NSDL-PAN. The demand draft can be attached with the form.
